Approximately six months before the expiration date, we send you an
annual renewal list. This list gives you the option of making changes,
renewing, adding or deleting titles.
You also get your very own customer service representative to assist with
any problems, such as missing issues, that may arise. Your representative
is your link to all of your publishers. Some librarians consider their
WT Cox representative as an extension of their
staff.
You will receive your periodicals at the lowest available publisher prices.
