CoxNet, our free online user interface is designed with the end-user in mind. It's a subscription management tool that allows you to search our title knowledge-base, place your orders, retrieve and place renewals, check-in titles, obtain reports and view a plethora of title level details. Details

Title level details about each and every title in your collection may be viewed, providing important bibliographic detail, account information and fund detail. The layout is simple and easy to read, easy to access and details are clearly identified. You will not feel like you have to decipher a lot of codes - we have everything simply spelled out.

Renewal Management

Renewals are often thought of as challenging and frustrating. With CoxNet, we simplify the process by giving you several options. You always have up-to-the-minute renewal options. You can download your renewal in PDF or in Excel - or you may work on your renewals online in a "shopping cart" format. You can easily see titles that have changed names or have merged. You can see the multiple formats a title may be available in and choose the best option for your library.

As an administrator, options are available for renewal/order approval, allowing the administrator to set budget/allowance levels, Authority may also be granted based on the user level.

Invoices

Invoices can be viewed online and item details can effortlessly be exported into Excel. Downloading a copy of your invoice is a cinch! You can also conveniently view your total payments and balance due. Like all of the other details on CoxNet, all invoice details are right at your fingertips!

Analyze & Evaluate - Reports

CoxNet provides standard and customizable reports, allowing you to analyze and evaluate your collection. Reports may be downloaded in Excel, PDF, CSV and XML formats. Reports can be retrieved within the scope of your collection or details can be pulled from our entire knowledgebase, depending on the information needed.

Claims Management

Irregularities in service may be communicated to WT Cox via CoxNet. Any claim submitted to WT Cox, no matter the method, are displayed in CoxNet and are able to be reviewed, updated and resolved from within the claims module. The "Claims Dialogue Box" allows the user to see communications between the publisher, library and WT Cox Subscriptions. Claims can be made with just a few clicks and with minimal effort. We really do try to make all things easy!

Check-In

If your library does not already use a serials module, we have a quick and easy solution for you! You can quckly check-in, claim and have ready for use your issues. Our check-in module gives you the ability to check-in titles quickly - even those titles you do not order through WT Cox Subscriptions. It has the flexibility to add special issues, change date of receipt and alter expected dates.

Integration

If you want to use your Integrated Library System (ILS) to interact with CoxNet, you have that flexibility. Available features varies by ILS, depending on what the interface allows. You can download EDI/Electronic invoices, view and review claims, etc.

Multiple Users

An unlimited number of users can be setup and given varying levels of access. You have complete control over what information is seen by each user and what modules they have access too. This is great if you have volunteers who check-in titles, but you do not want them to have the capability to place orders. Or you have someone who needs access to reviewing renewals, but you do not want them to be able to alter account details. The control is completely in your hands!
