single and multiple addresses as well as individual recipients within each agency.
WT Cox Subscriptions prepays all orders to guarantee delivery. Value-added benefits include customized
management reports, a personal Customer Service Representative, onsite visits for training and collection
development, free tracking software for serial collections and CoxNet, our "real time" online system for
orders and claims. All value-added benefits are offered as part of the basic service.
