EDI/Edifact interfaces have been established with major automated library systems for ordering/claiming/
invoicing. Our internal ordering system allows for complex billing and departmental codes specific to each
line item ordered. Multi-codes per line item can be assigned to create customized management reports. We
make the ordering process easy!

Our Ordering Department, Title Information Department and Customer Service Department all work in harmony
to provide a service that is proactive in keeping your serials running smoothly. Quality begins with accurate
