Orders may be submitted to WT Cox Subscriptions via mail, Fax, email, CoxNet, telephone or EDI. EDI/Edifact interfaces have been established with major automated library systems for ordering/claiming/ invoicing. Our internal ordering system allows for complex billing and departmental codes specific to each line item ordered. Multi-codes per line item can be assigned to create customized management reports. We make the ordering and renewal processes simple!
