Orders may be submitted to WT Cox Subscriptions via mail, Fax, email, CoxNet, telephone or
EDI. EDI/Edifact interfaces have been established with major automated library systems for ordering/
claiming/invoicing. Our internal ordering system allows for complex billing and departmental codes
specific to each line item ordered. Multi-codes per line item can be assigned to create customized
management reports. We make the ordering process easy!

Proactive

Our Ordering Department, Title Information Department and Customer Service Department all work in
harmony to provide a service that is proactive in keeping your subscriptions running smoothly. Quality
begins with accurate publisher, title and record information to ensure a seamless renewal process each
