Transition Plan

The transition of your subscriptions to WT Cox Subscriptions is managed by a team of representatives from our Sales, Order, and Customer Service departments and is coordinated by a professional librarian.  Through personal interviews we gather information and assess your library environment in order to customize your account to efficiently meet the unique needs of your library and to provide the detailed subscription data you require, such as custom reporting, fund accounting, and electronic invoicing.

Your transition coordinator will work closely with you to design a goal-oriented timeline to initiate our services and complete your subscription order.  Through good communication and careful attention to detail we can provide a smooth, seamless transition to our services.  After the transition, we focus on providing continuous, reliable customer service and to this end we will conduct scheduled follow up to ensure complete service satisfaction.
