ChronosHub streamlines open access management with ChronosHub’s robust platform, Journal Guide. This essential tool empowers researchers to identify eligible journals for publishing, understand the terms of existing publisher agreements, and verify compliance with funder policies in a user-friendly platform.  Journal Guide is $16,200 per year + $3,780 one-time setup fee. Pricing includes one Journal Guide for the whole consortium and all members. If a member wants to have its own Journal Guide, they get a 60% discount on the annual fee for an individual institution, i.e. 40% x $5,940 = $2,376 per year. This means that if there are 5 or more institutions from a consortium joining, they’ll benefit from the group discount. For agreement monitoring, there is a similar model, with volume discounts the more agreements and members they have.
