Bill advanced through the ranks as an educator and principal in the North Carolina school system before becoming a small business owner. Bill recognized a need to service libraries and is the visionary behind our business.

What started as a desire to fill a need in the library community turned into a modern day subscription agency providing full service to Academic, Public, Government, School, Medical and Special libraries across the nation.

This small business has since evolved into a multi-million dollar corporation. While still ranked as a small business in our commodity, there is nothing small about the services and technology provided. WT Cox is the premier information service partner.
