LoginWT Cox Subscriptions will automatically provide you with a renewal list approximately six months prior to expiration. Our online user interface, CoxNet, also allows you to see an up-to-the-minute version of your renewal 24/7. This list contains valuable information such as bibliographic details, updated prices and start dates, to help you evaluate your order for the next year. If you are a customer and you are looking for a copy of your renewal, you can log in to CoxNet and always find an up-to-date renewal on the renewal tab. You may also contact your Customer Service Specialist for log in credentials or to have them send you a copy of your renewal. We are here to help!
Our primary goal is to make working with WT Cox Subscriptions as easy and hassle free as possible. Thus, the way we handle claims is geared toward simplicity. Claims are processed easily and efficiently. Claims may be submitted to WT Cox Subscriptions via CoxNet, your ILS, e-mail, telephone, postal mail or FAX. Details, no matter how the information is submitted to us can always be reviewed and updated on CoxNet. Subscriptions are simply prone to problems - but we're here to help when inconsistencies arise.
