WT Cox Subscriptions will automatically provide you with a renewal list approximately six months prior to expiration.
This list contains valuable information, such as updated prices and start dates, to help you evaluate your order for
the next year.

CLAIMING



Our primary goal is to make working with WT Cox Subscriptions as easy and hassle free as possible. Thus, the
way we handle claims is geared toward simplicity. Claims are processed easily and efficiently. Contact your
WT Cox customer service representative by telephone, fax, e-mail, CoxTrax or here at CoxNet online.

If a publisher does not meet a subscription start date, contact your customer service representative to initiate a
non-receipt claim.

If a subscription has started and issues are missing, contact your customer service representative to initiate a
claim. Our Replacement Issue Library is a good way to replace missing issues.

Duplicate issues usually indicate an incorrect renewal date. Notify customer service of the title.

Most publishers need 6 to 8 weeks to process and to begin a new or renewal order. Generally, a claim should not
be submitted sooner than 45 days from the date of your WT Cox invoice. When service has begun and an issue
fails to arrive, submit a claim immediately.
