Placing an Order or Transferring Service

New Orders may be submitted on any document, such as a purchase order, price list, PDF, spreadsheet, word document, letterhead, renewal form, or even a renewal form from other agencies. Our price quotes and service proposals can easily be turned into an order.

As a customer, orders can be submitted via CoxNet, our online user interface or by common traditional means.

When using alternatives to the WT Cox Subscriptions order form, please include:

• A list of the new periodicals you wish to order,
• The quantity of each title,
• A list of renewal titles with current expiration dates,
• A start date for each subscription,
• A name or department for each title,
• An Authorizing signature, and
• A ship-to and bill-to address.
